Prohibited activities
It is prohibited to submit malware, spam, phishing content, exploits, illegal content, hate speech, violent threats, fake orders, other peoples data without a basis, unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability scanning without permission and automated system abuse.
Prohibited projects
We do not accept projects intended for fraud, identity theft, illegal sales, piracy, mass spam, hidden tracking, unauthorized data collection, intellectual property infringement or circumvention of laws and platform rules.
Email and communication
It is prohibited to use forms, tickets, email system or custom links for spam, phishing, deception, extortion, impersonation or sending content to people without a valid basis for contact.
AI assistant
The AI assistant is limited to site, sales, support, web design package selection, workflow, hosting, domains and AI implementation information. It must not be used for legal, medical, financial, security-dangerous or other high-risk decisions.
Security limits
You must not try to bypass login protection, CSRF protection, rate limiting, roles, admin panel, updater, payments, discount codes or referral system. Security testing is allowed only with our prior written approval.
Actions on abuse
We may restrict access, remove content, block IP, close a ticket or account, refuse an order, terminate service and retain logs when needed for security, evidence, billing, rights protection or legal obligation.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse, security issues or suspicious content to info@metalifevision.rs with the URL, issue description and evidence if available.
