Payment methods
Buyers from Serbia may pay by card or bank transfer when those options are active. Global buyers may use card or online payment when enabled. Admin may create proformas, invoices and custom payment links with a defined price.
Prices may be shown in EUR and RSD. Bank fees, card processor fees, exchange rate differences, taxes and third-party costs may depend on payment method and buyer location.
Proformas and invoices
A proforma is not a final invoice until payment is confirmed and invoicing conditions are met. Invoices and confirmations are stored in admin and in the client portal when the user is registered.
Start of work and advance payment
Work starts after order confirmation, agreed advance payment or payment and delivery of required materials. If the client expressly requests urgent work before any withdrawal period expires, refunds for the completed part of the service may be limited.
Domains, hosting and licenses
Domain registrations, renewals, hosting packages, SSL, premium themes, plugins, API credits, AI tokens and other third-party licenses are often non-refundable once ordered, registered, activated or reserved with a provider.
Refunds
If work has not started and no third-party costs were incurred, refunds are reviewed based on payment method and applicable law. For delivered digital services, custom design, development, migrations, urgent work, licenses and activated services, refunds may be partial, reduced by actual costs or unavailable.
Refunds are returned through the same or agreed payment channel where technically and legally possible. The refund time depends on the bank, card processor and payment provider.
Complaints and chargebacks
For complaints contact info@metalifevision.rs with the order, invoice, proforma or custom link number. Before a chargeback we recommend direct contact so we can check payment, delivery status and possible correction.
