Data we collect

We collect data you provide: first and last name, email, phone, company name, billing address, domain, desired domain, ordered package, hosting selection, messages, tickets, questionnaire answers, domain registration data, invoices, proformas and custom payment links.

We automatically process technical data: IP address, visit time, page, referrer, user agent, browser, operating system, device, language, viewport, cookies, session ID, security logs, errors, visit duration, load time and basic analytics events.

If you use the AI assistant, we process the messages you send to the assistant, active page language and technical data needed to reply and prevent abuse.

Purposes and legal basis

We use data to answer inquiries, recommend packages, create accounts, verify email, run checkout, register domains, process hosting orders, build websites, issue invoices, provide support, renew services, maintain security, prevent abuse, run analytics with consent, run marketing with consent and comply with legal obligations.

The legal basis may be contract performance or pre-contract steps, legitimate interest for security and basic records, legal obligation for accounting and tax, consent for analytics/marketing/personalization and, where needed, explicit or specific consent for special data.

Recipients and processors

We may share data with hosting providers, email infrastructure, card processors, banks, accounting, domain registrars, hosting providers, anti-spam and security services, analytics, AI services and other vendors needed to provide the service.

We do not sell personal data. If advertising is later enabled in a way that local law treats as sale, sharing or targeted advertising, users will receive a clear opt-out or limit option.

Regional user rights

These pages are written for a global audience: Serbia, EU/EEA/UK, United States, Canada, Brazil, Asia-Pacific and other regions. If local law gives users a higher level of protection, we apply that higher standard where it applies to our service.

Users from Serbia, EU/EEA and the UK may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where applicable.

Users in the United States may, depending on state law, request access, deletion, correction, a copy of data, opt-out from sale/sharing/targeted advertising, limitation of sensitive data use and non-discrimination. We respect the Global Privacy Control signal for marketing when the browser sends it.

Users from Canada, Brazil, Asia-Pacific and other regions may use rights provided by local laws, including access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion, objection and complaint to a competent authority where applicable.

Retention

Contact requests are kept while communication is active and for a reasonable record period. Account, services, orders, tickets and invoices are kept while the customer relationship exists and as required by tax, accounting and contract retention periods.

Security and technical logs are kept for a limited period needed to protect the system, evidence abuse and keep the service stable. Cookie choices are kept until the user changes them or browser local storage is reset.

International transfers

Because the website, email, analytics, payments, hosting, domains and AI services are global by nature, data may be processed outside the users country. Where needed, we use contractual clauses, vendor assessment, access limits, encryption and other safeguards.

Security

We use HTTPS, security headers, CSRF protection, password hashing, email verification, role-based access, login attempt limits, backups, audit logs and controlled admin updater. No system is absolutely secure, so users should protect passwords and report suspicious activity immediately.
