Acceptance

By using the site, registering, sending a request or ordering a package you accept these terms and related policies.

Services and offers

Web design, WordPress, redesign, custom development, AI assistant, hosting recommendations, domains and support packages are shown as a commercial offer. Final scope, price, deadline, currencies, taxes, additional requirements and terms are confirmed through checkout, written offer, proforma, invoice or custom payment link.

We may refuse a request that is unlawful, technically infeasible, security-risky, contrary to acceptable use rules or requires material for which the client does not have rights.

User account

The user must provide accurate data, protect the password and report unauthorized access immediately. Email verification is required for portal access and some features. Admin may manually add a client, service, proforma, invoice or custom payment link.

Client obligations

The client is responsible for timely delivery of content, logos, images, legal texts, access credentials, domain data, hosting data and feedback. Deadlines move if materials or approvals are delayed.

The client warrants that it has the right to use submitted copy, images, brand elements, licenses, fonts, plugins, data and other materials.

Domains, hosting and third parties

Domains, hosting, SSL, email, payments, analytics, AI and other services may depend on third-party providers. Their terms, prices, availability and deadlines may change. For .rs and local domains the order may be recorded in the system while registration is completed manually through the selected provider.

AI assistant and automation

The AI assistant provides information about offers, support, web design package selection, hosting, domains, workflow and AI implementation. Responses are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice and should be checked before a business decision.

Intellectual property

Materials provided by the client remain owned by the client or its licensors. Code, design, configurations, copy and plugins we create transfer to the client within the agreed scope after due payments are settled, excluding internal tools, generic libraries, open-source components and third-party licenses.

Changes, maintenance and support

Included changes depend on the package or offer. Additional requests, urgent interventions, migrations, custom plugins, extra integrations, copywriting, large content entry and advanced optimization may be charged separately.

Limitation of liability

Use the services in accordance with law and good business practice. We are not liable for third-party outages, algorithm changes, inaccurate data supplied by users, losses caused by unauthorized account access or consequences of changes made by the client or a third party after delivery.
